Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Garments must be unworn, unaltered, with labels attached.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on:
- Sales items. Final sale items.
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Garments that have been worn, altered, or labels removed
To complete your return or exchange:
Ship item(s) via insured mail postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know whether you want to return or exchange the items(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Your shipping costs are not refundable.
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds on returns:
The amount refunded will be the item(s) total price plus tax. Shipping will not be credited. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.
If you have not received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or your bank, depending on your form of payment. It may take 60-90 days before your refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:
You may exchange an item purchased for another size or color. If you want to exchange an item, we will fill your request based based on available inventory. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will process a refund. The amount refunded will be the item(s) total price and tax. Shipping will not be credited. A credit wil automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.
